Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Harrell’s Precision. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- The item is in unused, unaltered, and resalable condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and parts are included.
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Return Shipping
- Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.
- Harrell’s Precision is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Inspection and Refunds
- Returned items are inspected once received.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- The refund will include the item purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee (up to 15%) and shipping charges.
- If the item is not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
- We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label (when applicable) and issue a replacement or refund.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase.
